Barbara Nuzzolo
Ms. Nuzzolo is TRU’s president and has more than twenty years of experience in sales and business development, where she has a reputation for building trusted relationships with her clients. Her attentiveness to her clients’ needs and attention to detail has resulted many repeat clients. Ms. Nuzzolo’s additional areas of specialty include negotiations, sourcing and account management. Ms. Nuzzolo holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Computer Science from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH.
Joe Caron
Joe is our Vice President and Director of Recruiting and brings over 10 years of experience in recruiting. He has won many recruiting awards over the years. Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing and identifying candidates, telephone screening, in-person interviews, technical testing, reference and background verification, submittal to client, salary negotiation and new-hire training. Joe has great relationships with his contractors he has gained there respect in the industry for trusting his judgement. Joe is a family man, with 3 beautiful children and on the weekends spends much needed time with them, when he is not working.
